Care Instructions

To maintain the beauty of your 9ct gold jewellery, we recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, chlorine and harsh chemicals wherever possible. Although 9ct gold is beautifully durable, gentle care will help preserve its high polish finish over time.

For added protection, we recommend removing your jewellery during strenuous exercise or activities where it may be knocked or scratched. When not being worn, store your piece in the pouch or box it arrives in, in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. To restore its natural shine, gently polish with your Gia & Dawn soft polishing cloth or any soft jewellery cloth.

Each piece is individually handcrafted to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production.
