All our jewellery pieces are made to order in our Brisbane studio. The production time to handcraft your piece will be approximately 2 - 3 weeks and we will endeavour to get your jewels to you as soon as possible.
Our shipping provider is Australia Post, with express deliveries within 1 - 2 business days.
Orders over $150 will receive complimentary express shipping.
Please note that the cost for delivery to New Zealand is $30 AUD.
We currently offer postage within Australia and New Zealand. If you require shipping outside of these regions, please contact email@example.com.

Out of Stock Items
If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we will notify you by email. Our pieces take roughly 2 – 3 weeks to make and we will provide you with updates on the product and delivery.
Warranty and Returns
To make sure your pieces are perfect, we carefully check our jewellery for all faults before shipping. If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged due to delivery, please contact us with photos of your damaged jewellery within 14 days of purchase.
If you are purchasing our pieces for someone else as a present, please ensure that you check the jewellery upon receiving.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on items that have been worn or altered.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, please note that earrings cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind.
If you wish to exchange or refund your product due to a change of mind, please note that all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
